    One very long road trip

    After several hours of driving I was really looking forward to checking in to my rotorua accommodation and getting some rest. I was up at 4am to catch the ferry over from the south island so it had been an extremely long day. Nearly twelve hours later I finally arrived at my destination. I was surprised that I even managed to get some food as I was exhausted. I think I just managed to finish that before passing out on the bed. My wakeup call the next morning was right on time and I was back on the road by 7am as I still had about six hours driving ahead of me.
