Easy steps to set up and secure your fifth wheel RV: First you’ll need to position your trailer on your chosen site. Next, see if all hookups can be reached. Make certain there are no obstacles for the fifth wheel RV or your awning. Use wheel ramps or blocks of wood to level the fifth wheel RV (Use a level to check.)    Secure wheels front and back so the fifth wheel RV cannot drift.    Put a jack base or block of wood under the hitch jack. Be sure to follow any and all directions that accompany your fifth wheel travel trailer when setting up your site. This isn’t the time for cutting corners.
