Chances are your camera has a whole lot of features you’ve never used or care to use. Today I want to talk about one valuable feature that may come in quite handy on your next vacation as it did for me in Peru. Your camera has a lot of different Modes. One of these shows a guy running real fast and is usually called something like “Sports Mode”. And it’s very handy indeed! If you’re trying to catch images of your kids swinging on a vine over a creek or zooming by on one of those go-carts, Sports Mode will be your new friend. It automatically adjusts your camera to make focusing, shutter speed and continuous frame shooting as fast it can be to capture the action in front of you. No worries about ISO or aperture or any of that. Take a look at your camera and don’t be afraid to use it on your next vacation when taking travel photos.
