The future of DS sales

As it looks from like recently there is plenty of monopolizing going on around town with all the sales growths in the Nintendo industry.. I mean gaming industry - woops. The only solution we can have for this issue is for the government to regulate on Nintendo. Do what they did to Microsoft back in the day (M3 DS). Get on the wire and remove there tyranny off the side. But when the lights go down on that conglomerate we will more independent labels will begin to rise slowly but surely. I just cant wait to see what it will involve.
