    The basic golf swing that I learned with Ralph

    Two weeks ago I had a decision to make regarding the duplex that my friend Ralph had found in the city of Fullerton. From time to time Ralph will find a deal that is very hard to pass up and this was one of these deals. I like the fact that the duplex was close to Cal State Fullerton and I would have a plethora of students that would be willing to rent it. I originally met Ralph at a golf class where we both learned the most basic golf swing. Ever since that time we have become friends and occasional business partners.
