Keeping in Touch with Family Members

I have decided that I would really rather keep in better touch with my family members. I have a bit of a large extended family though, and it seems that my cousins are always moving around and sometimes I end up getting mail back or calling a number that has been disconnected. I am hoping someone can tell me the phone book resource I can use for finding them again. I suppose if I can’t find a good way to do this I can always just call my aunts and uncles, but I am not really as close to them and would rather not always be bothering them.
