Rental Lengths For Spanish Properties

When it comes to the length of time you can rent a spanish property it will vary depending on the owner. Most properties can be rented for weeks or even months. It mostly depends on the time of year you are looking to rent. Winter is the slower time or off season period in Spain while summer is very busy. If you choose to rent in the winter you can often find much better prices for long term rentals. However, during the peak season some properties choose to rent for larger amounts and shorter terms. It ultimately will come down to the individual property you are considering.
