    An Unwelcome Event

    We went shopping with my friend and her family and then we went out to dinner afterwards.  My friend Kathy fell on a slick spot on the floor and broke her hip.  We could not believe that something like this would happen at a simple dinner out with friends.  She had to have surgery and she is out of work for several months now.  She contacted a good Accident Injury Lawyer because she needed to be properly represented.  We all feel terrible about what happened and this was not the way we envisioned the day to end.  Kathy has a long way to go before she is fully recovered.
