    Water Resistant Drywall is Best for Bathrooms

    Since I decided to finish my basement, I knew I had a lot of research to do. I have always been able to do my own home maintenance but have not tried too many projects that involved new construction. My friends who are more experienced with room building told me the hardest part is putting in a ceiling. I found a do-it-yourself book at my favorite building supply store that has a section on installing drywall on ceilings. So far, I have learned quite a bit. I now know that there is a type of drywall that will be best for the new bathroom since it is water resistant.
