Looking for exotic baked fish recipes

I’ve tried fish just about every way you can prepare it…except sushi! I would have to say though, my favorite would be baked dishe’s. I have a fairly extensive list of baked fish recipes, but I am wanting to expand that list with some of a more exotic flair. I would like to maybe try adding some Thai spice or a Middle Eastern touch to the mix. I am also interested in using different sauces to enhance the various baked fish recipes that I enjoy preparing. I have found that baking fish helps to retain the overall flavor and texture of the fish which to me, enhances the experience of the meal.
