Hot Chilli For Dinner

I am looking forward to dinner tomorrow night as my husband will be making chilli. He does make a mean chilli and fortunately my son and myself like it to be hot, which is just as well as my husband likes to put in fresh green chillies which are hot to say the least. When eating chilli, especially when it is hot like this, it is a good idea to have a cold drink to hand. When you eat my husband’s hot chilli it sometimes feels like your mouth is on fire and it takes something cold to take the heat out and get you ready for the next mouthful. When my husband makes chilli, he always likes to use fresh ingredients and says that this makes all the difference to the taste. The meat he uses has to be of the best quality. But it is worth it!
