My neighbor came over to our house asking my brother to make up some best man speech jokes. My brother told him to take it easy first since he was all nerve-wrecked about the task he is given. They went to the neighborhood park and played basketball to ease him from the tense. My brother talked him through and made him feel better. Then he realized he doesn’t need to get it all written down in papers just to get the best speech. All he needed was to get out of the state of anxiety and on with his speech.
