In these recent days the very most common that obviously affects every people is the condition known as the Osteoarthritis. As people gets older this osteoarthritis are increasingly getting more common. This Osteoarthritis is a degeneration of the cartilage in the joint. As the cartilage degrades, bone is exposed this becomes the reason why it increasingly becomes very painful. And the saddest part of this condition is that there is no known treatment for this. All treatment that can be done is just for symptomatic relief for the pain and to slow the progression down. And obesity is one of the most important predictors of the progression of osteoarthritis, so the most important thing that can be done to slow the progression in any joint is too loose weight. Other approaches are drug based. Physical therapy to strengthen muscles is also helpful.
