I stopped womens diets pland and lost weight

I recently left a slimming club and managed to lose about 10LB. Problem is in a matter of weeks. I’ve managed to put back on about half of it. I’m sick to death of womens diets, I’ve done them all. I might just chill out, cut the carbs a bit, exercise and see how it goes. Until someone create a magical formula. I’ll have to keep wearing the big clothes. Diets today, there are just too many!!
Obviously, we should all exercise as frequently as possible. In fact, swimming is said to be the exercise that loses you the most caloried per minute.
