I had been struggling with my weight loss endeavors and did not know what I was doing wrong when I read about the calories burned calculator. I wasn’t too sure how it would help but it seemed worth a try so I went online and after browsing around a bit I ordered it from one of the sites. I would strap it on every morning and check the records at the end of the day. What I did realize was that some of the activities I was doing were more beneficial towards my weight loss as compared to others. By being able to judge which activities were helping me burn calories faster, I am better able to plan my day to maximize my weight loss efforts.
