How Do You Lose Belly Fat?

What do you need to do if you want to lose record amounts of fat from your belly in as little time as possible? This is the question we are looking at. It is a well known fact that belly fat is accumulated through unhealthy eating habits, a lack of exercise and a sedentary work/home environment. Couple this with alcohol and chocolate habits and you’ve got the recipe for stomach fat storage! OK, but how do you lose belly fat? There are 4 main considerations.
1. Are you moving at all? Come on now, walking 3 blocks from your train stop to your work place does NOT count as exercise. If you have a sedentary job (a job where you sit down all day long), you need to get out and get moving. Jog in the morning, run up stairs, just do whatever it takes to MOVE.
2. What are you eating… And how much? If you are eating overly processed garbage and deep fried foods daily, it’s no wonder you’ve got fat that you want to get rid of! Stop eating horrible junk and put some good foods down regularly. You need green leafy vegetables and at least 3 different colors on your plate with each meal. Don’t over-eat but don’t under-eat either. Both of these habits can store MORE fat on your body and leave you asking “How do you lose bellly fat!” all over again!
3. Remove your parasite infestation. You might not know it yet, but you are highly likely to have leeching parasitic worms in your body depriving you of nutrients and leaving a toxic mess in your intestines! Do a natural parasite removal cleanse and get rid of them once and for all!
