Feminine Itching During Pregnancy Should Be Evaluated
June 29th, 2009 by admin
When I was four months pregnant with my son, I noticed that the bath soap I had always used was causing some feminine irritation and burning after I took my showers. I called my doctor, and she said that sometimes when hormones change during a pregnancy, it can cause women to be more susceptible to vaginal yeast infections. She told me to switch to a mild, unscented soap, and to call her if the problem didn’t go away. She also told me what kinds of creams I could buy for treatment. Both if those solutions provided complete relief, and I haven’t had any additional occurrences.
