Does your diet have any proof with it?

Do you really know what’s going on in your body when you cut out calories or carbs to try and lose weight? Most diets do not go into enough detail so that you actually know why you are doing something, they just tell you to do it and of course we blindly follow their instructions and trust them. What I like about the fat loss bible is that it backs up its claims with actual scientific studies that it references. I know that gives me a lot more confidence than just trusting what some random person says about with my eating habits.
