Different Diets for Different Folks

Losing weight has become a national obsession. Every day someone announces a new way to lose weight. Sometimes it is a new diet, other times it is a new exercise regime and still other times it is a combination of the two. Some of them will work for some people, others will work for other people. A program like medifast may work for some people and they will lose their desired amount of weight. It may not work for others. The reason is obvious, there is no one solution for all people. It is good that there are different programs because we are all different people.
