Can We Even Afford Obamas Family Health Insurance Plan?

Since having a family health insurance plan is going to be mandatory in the United States, we will have to purchase it regardless of the price. Congress thinks the budget will improve by doing this, but what kind of financial strain will it put on low income families? In my opinion they should only be able to require a very low cost plan since so many in our country can barely afford to pay their bills. I do see where we all need health insurance, but the idea of being forced to pay a premium we may not be able to afford is taking things too far.
