    Starting the Free Colon Cleanse Trial

    We went out for our last meal last night before starting a free colon cleanse trial. We had a great time, but we were ready to start the program this morning. It was a little difficult not having my normal breakfast. I am a routine type of guy so it threw me off just a little bit. I always have eggs and sausage for breakfast but not this morning. I was learning how to eat healthier and eggs and sausage did not fit in to that every day. I am feeling pretty good right now, hope I can make through the day.
