Ab exercises for women over 50

Age is just a number. It doesn’t mean that when a woman reaches her prime at 50, she is weak. That is so discriminating and flat out wrong. There are a number of ab exercises for women over 50 that can be done to make a mature woman fit and strong in the core.
Leg Stretches can do the trick. Lie on your back and put your hands under the neck for assistance. Elevate your neck a few good inches from the floor. Lift your stretched legs up to where you can manage. Do not over do the act. Then, stay in that position for 5 counts before going back down. Repeat for another 9 sets. Ab exercises for women over 50 are not hard at all.
