    Though there is no particular definition for the word Penny Stock, it can be termed as stocks that trade relatively at low prices. One major plus point is that the investments on Penny Stock is less but returns are high. This is a boon to a newcomer. With minimal amount in his hands a new trader in stocks can comfortably invest in these stocks. There are several companies trading at low price but with high turn-over while many companies with high priced stocks may have low turn-over. With large number of investors, small companies may give high return on investment. Therefore,it is one of the most popular machinery for common man to multiply his wealth.
