Saving Every Penny

Sometimes it’s tough to pay all of the bills every month and even harder to make sense of what I need and what i don’t need, compared to the things I just want.
What I’ve found that, as silly and cliche as it sounds, having a monthly or weekly budget for what I need goes a long way toward keeping my finances in order. I add up everything that’s a must, like rent, auto insurance, utilities and groceries and divide it by months or even weeks. That’s the basis of my budget and I set that amount aside from each paycheck before I spend a penny.
