Which is the Best Place to Get Professional Electric Guitar Lessons?

I would really love to get some professional electric guitar lessons, but I am not sure who I should go to for this sort of thing. Can anyone recommend a good instructor? I would really love to find out which is the best place for electric guitar lessons. I would pay a bit extra to get the best lessons possible because I want someone who is a really good teacher. I am a bit dense sometimes, so I want to find someone who will work with me and come up with a way to knock the necessary information into my head so I can learn to play.
