Fender for Sale

I have always wanted to find a rare Fender for sale. I have often day-dreamed about entering some old pawn shop and there on the wall is a 1959 Fender Les Paul guitar. And they are asking $400.
Yes, I know. It’ll never happen. I saw an old Fender Les Paul on eBay recently and it was selling for $60,000.
On the other hand, I recently met a guy at university who had an old Les Paul from the fifties and it was in mint condition. It had been his grandfather’s guitar. Being the honest person I am, I told him how much it was worth. He had no idea. But they are out there.
